Unknown Component “From Anywhere But Here”

Unknown Component seems mostly harmless. The music here is slow and sad, but it is also insightful and intelligent. What it lacks in macho it more than makes up for in cerebral fitness and emotional understanding. As far as genre goes, you might call this “dark singer-songwriter.” A tiny dreary rain cloud follows this CD around my office space, turning the whole place grey and solemn. The magic of this recording is its ability to provoke a glum response in the listener.
